We had a fantastic one-week stay at this gem with our two boys (ages 4.5 and 1.5). The location was perfect — quiet and just off the main road, yet minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and the beach. We rented golf carts, which made getting around in the heat with kids very easy (about a 10-minute walk otherwise).
The condo was comfortable and well equipped with modern amenities. We cooked breakfast and lunches most days, and the laundry was convenient for a week with young kids. The landscaped atrium and pool were beautiful, and the community felt welcoming. We met both owners and other guests.
The concierge service managing the condo was outstanding — responsive and friendly. They arranged golf carts, extra cleaning, an estuary tour, and smooth airport transfers. Maintenance issues were fixed the next day. We felt extra safe with the 24/7 security guard. Overall, highly recommend.

We had a great stay here. The place was really nice, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It felt super safe and comfortable, and the area itself was calm and secure. The only small issue was that the address was a little confusing and a bit hard to find at first. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. It's just steps away from the communal pool. The host is proactive and always attentive. Perfect location. Honestly, everything was a 10/10. I'll definitely be coming back.

This place is terrific! Much cuter than the pictures — very clean, stylishly furnished, with everything you would need. The condo is situated in a beautifully landscaped gated community. The location right by the pool is peaceful and relaxing. Parking is easily available, and it's an easy walk — only minutes — to town, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach.
The host was very helpful answering questions prior to my arrival and during the trip. He even set up a terrific kayaking tour for us. Incredibly speedy follow-up. We would love to come back!

Amazing stay in Tamarindo. Located in a gated community with a common pool area, the place was peaceful and beautiful. The unit itself was better than expected and state of the art. Two floors with kitchen and common area downstairs, and two bedrooms both with ensuites. The pictures matched the listing (even the balcony view overlooking the pool).
Los Brunos II is a must stay if visiting Tamarindo. Ten-minute walk to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this Tamarindo property! The unit was immaculate, featuring modern amenities, spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient in-unit washer/dryer. The complex itself was beautiful, with a well-maintained swimming pool right in front of the unit and peaceful landscaping.
The location was perfect, with everything — beach, restaurants, stores — within walking distance. Despite its central location, it was very private and quiet, making it a relaxing retreat. The neighbors were friendly and respectful, and the concierge service went above and beyond, offering airport transfers, booking excursions, and even arranging a private chef.
This place is ideal for couples seeking a romantic, affordable getaway. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tamarindo!
